Streaming Discovery is a global platform designed to help users discover, organize, and manage streaming content across various services. While most features are available for free, some require authentication or an active subscription.

The service is operated by Delivering Reliable Modern Apps Tech OÜ, registered in Estonia, and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Account, Data, and Privacy

You may use the platform anonymously. However, features such as creating private lists or managing account preferences require authentication. Upon login, we collect your email, login timestamps, IP address, and device information. This data is used solely for security, diagnostics, personalization, and analytics.

We do not collect or store sensitive personal data or precise geolocation without explicit consent.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

3. Features and Subscription

Streaming Discovery offers both public and private lists:

• Public lists are curated by the platform and accessible to all users, authenticated or not.
• Private lists are created by authenticated users. Free accounts have limits on the number of items per list, while subscribers enjoy higher limits and additional features.

Subscriptions are available monthly or annually, renew automatically unless cancelled, and are processed through our payment partner (Paddle). Prices are displayed in USD and may be converted to local currencies by the payment processor. Availability and payment methods vary by country.

4. Third-party Content

Streaming Discovery displays data, images, and metadata sourced from third parties such as TMDb and JustWatch. These third-party contents remain the property of their respective owners.

We do not host or provide streaming, downloads, or playback of copyrighted content. Attribution and licensing details are available on our credits page.

5. Intellectual Property

The structure, design, and presentation of data on Streaming Discovery are protected under the MPL-2.0 license or similar open-source licenses. Third-party assets are governed by their respective copyrights and trademarks.

Unauthorized copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or redistribution of platform elements is strictly prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited actions include:

• Attempting to circumvent platform limits or restrictions.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools without explicit permission.
• Uploading or sharing content that infringes intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

7. User Lists

Authenticated users may create private lists to organize streaming content. These lists are personal and not visible to others unless the user chooses to share them externally.

Public lists are curated by the platform and accessible to all users without authentication.

8. Limitation of Liability and Service Availability

Streaming Discovery is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or completeness of content and metadata. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for errors, outdated information, or third-party content availability.

The platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
